+ Is accommodation included in my ticket?
Accommodation is not included in the summit ticket. A dedicated room allocation with special accommodation rates has been secured exclusively for Leadership Activation Summit attendees at Thermana Laško. Special rates are also available to guests who wish to extend their stay after the summit, subject to availability. Attendees may travel with a spouse or partner and reserve accommodation for two people. The special rates and reserved room allocation are available until August 31, 2026, or until the reserved quota is fully booked, whichever comes first. We recommend reserving your room as early as possible through the dedicated booking option on the accommodation page.
+ Where is the recommended place to stay?
We recommend staying at Thermana Laško, Zdraviliški trg 6, 3270 Laško. It is both the conference venue and the official recommended accommodation. Staying on-site means no commute between your room and the sessions, easier access to networking opportunities, and the convenience of having the hotel, conference centre, restaurants, and thermal facilities in one complex.

+ How do I reserve a room at the special attendee rate?
Use the dedicated booking link on the Accommodation page to reserve a room from the allocation secured for summit attendees. You may also contact the Thermana reservations team directly at info@thermana.si or +386 3 42 32 100. The special rates apply to the summit stay and may also be available for an earlier arrival or an extended stay, including for a spouse, partner, or family members, subject to availability. The allocation is available until August 31, 2026, or until fully booked.
+ How many nights should I plan to stay?
The summit runs on Thursday and Friday, October 1–2, 2026. International guests are encouraged to arrive on Wednesday, September 30. You may also arrive earlier or stay longer and use the special extended-stay offer, subject to availability. VIP guests attending the Friday evening Oktoberfest experience should consider departing on Saturday, October 3.
+ Can I extend my stay or come with my spouse or partner?
Yes. The special attendee rate is also available for additional nights before or after the summit, subject to room availability. You may reserve a room for two people and bring your spouse or partner, even if they are not attending the summit. A spouse or partner may also join the VIP dinner and the Friday Oktoberfest-style party for an additional reduced fee, subject to advance registration and available capacity. Hotel meals, wellness services, and other extras outside the summit program are booked and paid directly with the hotel.
+ Are there other accommodation options nearby?
Thermana Laško is the preferred and most convenient option, and a dedicated room allocation has been reserved for summit attendees. If the reserved quota is fully booked, Laško also offers smaller hotels and guesthouses, while nearby Celje provides a wider range of accommodation. + Is there parking at Thermana Laško?
Parking is available in the vicinity of Thermana Laško, but availability, access rules, and any charges may differ for hotel guests and day visitors. Current parking instructions will be included in the attendee information pack.

+ Can I use the spa and wellness facilities at Thermana?
Yes. Guests who extend their stay through the special Leadership Activation Summit accommodation offer receive unlimited access to Thermana Laško’s newly renovated Sauna Centre. The package also includes a 20% discount on wellness treatments and a 30% discount on baths and additional water rituals. Access to other thermal pools or wellness facilities depends on the selected accommodation package or separately purchased services. Summit admission alone does not include spa access.
+ What should I do if I arrive a day early or stay on after the summit?
Guests arriving early or staying longer can visit Ljubljana, Celje, Lake Bled, the Savinja Valley, or other destinations in Slovenia. Before making plans, check current travel times, opening hours, and any events taking place during your stay.
+ How to arrive to the venue? Airports and transportation.
The venue is located in Laško, Slovenia. The most convenient airports are:
Ljubljana Airport (LJU) – approximately 1 hour from the venue.
Zagreb Airport (ZAG) – approximately 1.5 hours from the venue.
Vienna Airport (VIE) – approximately 3–3.5 hours from the venue.
Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) – approximately 3.5 hours from the venue.
Transportation to Thermana Laško
Several convenient transportation options are available:
Nomago Shuttle
A reliable shared shuttle service operating from Ljubljana, Zagreb, Vienna, Venice, and other regional airports. Advance booking is recommended.
GoOpti Shuttle
A popular door-to-door shared transfer service connecting major regional airports with destinations throughout Slovenia.
Train Travel
Slovenia has an excellent rail network. From Ljubljana, direct trains run regularly to Laško. The Laško train station is within walking distance of Thermana Laško.
Airport Bus + Train Combination
Many travelers use an airport shuttle or bus to Ljubljana city center and then continue by train to Laško. This is often the most economical option.
Shared Taxi or Private Transfer
For speakers arriving around the same time, sharing a taxi or private transfer can be both convenient and cost-effective.
Car Rental
All major airports offer car rental services for those wishing to explore Slovenia before or after the event.
