+What is the difference between Standard and VIP?
The Standard ticket includes access to the full two-day summit program, keynote and expert sessions, networking opportunities, the inclusions listed on the current ticket page, and lunch on Day 1. VIP includes the Standard experience plus priority seating, access to the VIP lounge, the Inner Circle Dinner, a photo opportunity and meet-and-greet, the Friday Oktoberfest experience, and access to the Recording Recap Library. VIP is intended for participants who want a more personal and extended summit experience, with priority access and additional opportunities to connect with speakers, partners, and other VIP guests outside the main program. The number of VIP places is limited because some of these experiences take place in smaller settings.
+ When does Early Bird pricing end?
Early Bird pricing closes on July 31, 2026, or when the allocated seats sell out, whichever comes first. The current Early Bird price is €147 for Standard and €497 for VIP.

Accommodation is not included in the standard ticket packages. Terme Laško stay options and recommended nearby hotels will be shared with registered attendees.
+ What meals and refreshments are included?
Coffee breaks are planned on both days, and lunch is included on Thursday, October 1. VIP participants also receive the food and refreshments included in the confirmed VIP program, including the Inner Circle Dinner and the Friday Oktoberfest experience. A spouse or partner who is not attending the summit may join these two VIP events for an additional reduced fee, subject to advance registration and available capacity. Contact us for details.

The Friday evening VIP experience is an authentic Slovenian Oktoberfest celebration at Martinova Izba, featuring local cuisine, music, festive entertainment, and informal networking. It is included for VIP ticket holders. A spouse or partner who is not attending the summit may join for an additional reduced fee, subject to advance registration and available capacity. The VIP ticket includes access to the post-event Recording Recap Library. The summit is primarily designed as a live implementation experience, and any recordings or recap materials available to Standard ticket holders will be communicated separately.
